Byro AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered academic platform that allows users to upload PDF documents, audio files, and YouTube links to generate lecture notes, mind maps, flashcards, and quizzes. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Account & Credits

To use most features of Byro AI, you must maintain an active account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
• Acknowledge that 'Credits' (Coins) purchased are non-refundable and used per analysis or interaction as stated in the app.

4. Intellectual Property

The AI models generate content based on your uploads. While you retain ownership of your original data, the structured format (lecture notes, mind maps) is a product of Byro AI's engine. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use these outputs for personal and academic purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for:

• Uploading copyrighted material without legal authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the AI processing engine.
• Automated scraping or mass data extraction from the platform.
• Any illegal activity that violates international academic integrity standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Byro AI shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies generated by the AI models. Users are encouraged to verify AI-generated academic content against original textbooks or professor instructions. We do not guarantee specific exam results or academic performance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we find you in violation of these terms or if your actions jeopardize the security of our AI infrastructure.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital service laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the designated legal authorities.
